Bowls built on whole grains, greens and real protein, ingredients from British Columbia farmers wherever the season allows, cooked from scratch the day they are served. Vegan, gluten-free, keto and low-carb are dishes on the menu, not substitutions off it.

Where do your ingredients come from?

From British Columbia growers wherever the season allows, and cooked from scratch the day they are served. If a specific ingredient matters to you — how it was grown, or where — ask and we will tell you exactly what we bought and who we bought it from.

Can a whole event be vegan or gluten-free?

Yes, and it should not read as a restricted menu. There is enough on the plant-based and gluten-free side of the kitchen to build a full spread from.

Is the packaging any good?

Bowls and cutlery are compostable and cups are recycled plastic. Staffed catering runs on ceramic.
