The simplest way to feed people who cannot stop what they are doing. Everything is cooked the morning of, packed one meal to a box, labelled with what is in it, and delivered to the door on time. You hand them out; there is no queue, no serving, nothing to clear.
It suits the days that do not pause. A crew on location between setups. A training room on a tight turnaround. A ward or a shift where people eat when they get ten minutes. Give us a window rather than a time and tell us what happens either side of it, and we will size and time it to that.
Labelling is the whole point of the format. A box says what is in it, so the person avoiding gluten is not opening lids to find out. Bowls and cutlery are compostable, cups are recycled plastic, and anything on the catering menu can arrive this way across the greater Vancouver area.
