Athletes eat to a plan, and a team meal that ignores it is just a meal. Our bowls are built on whole grains, greens and real protein, portioned per athlete rather than per plate, and they hold up in a bag between a field and a clubhouse. Tell us whether it is before, between or after and we will build it accordingly.

Individually packed and labelled, so a squad with different needs is not dividing one tray between them.

Protein where it belongs

Chicken, salmon, tofu, chickpeas and cottage cheese all run through the menu, on rice, quinoa or greens. Tell us the balance you want and we will set it.

Questions people ask about sports team and club catering

Can you do higher-protein or higher-carb portions?

Yes. The menu is a starting point and the balance of a bowl is one of the things we adjust. Tell us what the programme asks for and we will build to it.

Can you feed a whole tournament day?

Yes — several drops across a day works better than one big delivery when teams are playing at different times. Send the schedule with your enquiry.

Will it still be good after an hour in a bag?

The bowls are designed to travel: dressings and sauces are packed so nothing goes soft, and they are made to be eaten cold or at room temperature.

Ordered Ojas's pizza every day for a week for a company event. Fantastic, responsive and helpful service from the team. All of my guests loved the Hawaiian, Comfort Zone and Rainbow Chaser pies, and several people said "I don't normally like pizza but I love these, where did you get them?".
